Project coordination and management

Partners involved: Management Board (BRGM, BGS, IFPEN, PHIMECA, TNO)
The main tasks of BRGM as Coordinator are to ensure:
- communication with the EC with permanent reporting of all issues and progress regarding the project evolution
- contract management with participants and the EC
- administrative issues
- organisation and the management of meetings between all consortium entities
- technical and financial reporting
- effective information flow within the consortium and the sharing of knowledge among participants both European and non-European
Tasks
- Task 1.1 Project management and financial coordination
- Task 1.2 Project technical coordination: The Management Board oversee the day-to-day management of their work package, including the associated deliverables, and help organise and run the project meetings.
